When last we saw Chrystina, Nichole, Natalie and Tiffanie, they were on stage screaming and crying at the realization they’d all four unexpectedly survived the Pussycat Dolls competition—and were on their way toward becoming a hot new R&B/pop group, Girlicious. It’s been a whirlwind ever since. Their debut EP release, “Like Me,” charted well on both iTunes and the Billboard Hot 100, even reaching #4 in Canada, and a self-titled album drops July 1. The girls recorded over 20 tracks for the disc, with only the best songs chosen for the final cut. Later next month, Girlicious begins a 25-city North American tour opening for the Backstreet Boys; currently, their only Ohio appearance is slated for Aug. 9 in Kettering (just south of Dayton). Here’s an exclusive Q & A with the sexy foursome after they were recently named Breakout Artists by music authority Blender.com, and click below to watch behind-the-scenes highlights from the very first Girlicous photo shoot. When Farmer Wants a Wife concludes in two weeks, you can relive this star-making music series once again on WBNX!
