While viewers are excited about next week’s premiere of Legend of the Seeker, TV industry execs are downright giddy with anticipation.  “It has the potential to be a game changer,” one programming VP tells MediaWeek.  “The (fantasy-adventure) genre has great potential, especially now that everybody has big-screen, high-definition TVs and are looking for something lush with lots of special effects.”  Based on Terry Goodkind’s twelve Sword of Truth novels, Seeker is expected to revive syndicated escapism popularized by Hercules and Xena a decade ago.  WBNX interviewed Craig Horner (Richard) and Bridget Regan (Kahlan) yesterday live from New Zealand, and we plan to have it posted online within a few days.  In the meantime, click the video below to meet Craig and get a behind-the-scenes preview.
