Television’s preeminent do-it-yourself guru has a brand new home.  Today’s Homeowner with Danny Lipford premieres this Sunday morning on WBNX, and we’re thrilled to welcome this informative series.  Danny has been in the construction/remodeling business for 30 years, as well as sharing helpful insights through hundreds of appearances on both The Early Show and Weather Channel over the past decade.  In the same vein as Bob Vila, Danny offers viewers easy, step-by-step instruction on virtually every project a homeowner could undertake—including lawn and garden.  Now in its 11th season and seen on more than 200 stations nationwide, the show was nominated for a Daytime Emmy earlier this year.  Today’s Homeowner is based in Mobile, Alabama, and an interesting feature coming up in 2009 will trace the city’s relocation and restoration of baseball legend Hank Aaron’s childhood home.  Between Martha Stewart and Danny Lipford, Clevelanders now have access to all the expert lifestyle advice they may ever need.
