John Francis Daley has been acting since the age of nine when he was cast as “Young Tommy” in the national and international tour of the Broadway smash hit The Who’s Tommy. He followed that with the lead role of “Sam Weir” in the critically acclaimed Judd Apatow-produced television series Freaks and Geeks.
Following Freaks and Geeks, Daley continued to work in television on series such as The Geena Davis Show, Boston Public, Regular Joe, Judging Amy, Spin City and the FOX comedy Kitchen Confidential. Daley also appeared in The Call, a pilot from writer/producer Dave Hemingson and the producers of 24. Daley played Mitch in the feature film Waiting and plays the lead role in the independent feature ’77. Daley also wrote and starred in his own short comedy Friday Night, viewable on YouTube.
