Nikita
Nikita

The season finale sets up the final six action-packed episodes of the series, which will return at midseason in 2013-14.  The last chapter will bring the drama full circle, with Nikita (Maggie Q) once again a hunted rogue on the run, blamed for an assassination that rocks the balance of world power.  In addition to previously announced returning series, The Carrie Diaries was also renewed and will be paired with all-new episodes of America’s Next Top Model on “fashionable Fridays.”

House of Payne

House of Payne  and Meet the Browns creator Tyler Perry isn’t bothered by critics.  “I look for the truth in the critique,” he tells HuffPost.  “If there’s something there that makes sense to me, I try to find it and say, ‘OK,’ but if it’s just venomous, I don’t pay attention.”  What really matters, he says, are the many letters he receives from fans who’ve been helped by his series or films.  “It’s the people who are moved and keep coming to see them.”
