Everyone’s A Hero at The Akron Comicon! The Akron Comicon is celebrating 12 years of providing a fun, family-friendly experience for the Akron, Ohio area! The Akron Comicon is an annual event created to celebrate newspaper comics and comic books as an original American art form and promote comics as a viable entertainment medium by bringing creators, dealers, and fans together for a weekend of fun and interaction designed for the entire family. Some of the guests this year are: Jerry Mathers from Leave It to Beaver, Butch Patrick from The Munsters (Eddie Munster), and actor Don Gibb from Revenge of the Nerds and Bloodsport!
